Changing account information

Email and password changes are handled in Settings.

Changing profile information

Display name, username, bio, images, profile type and external links are all editable from your profile and Settings.

Password and security

• Use a long, unique password you don't use anywhere else.
• Sign out on shared devices.
• If a password reset arrives that you didn't request, don't act on it — contact Support.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is available in Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, uploads and media from the platform. Public links to your profile, songs and playlists stop working.

Requesting your data

You can request a copy of the information associated with your account through Support.

Unauthorised access

If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately and contact Support.

Public vs private information

• Public: your username, display name, profile images, bio, links, uploads, playlists, public posts, and public activity.
• Private: your email address, your messages, your account settings, and moderation reports you submit.
